We’re seeking a CPA with 3+ years of experience who’s ready to execute work in advanced tax planning. As a key member of our tax planning team, you’ll be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns, developing advanced tax strategies, and working closely with advisors and clients to deliver coordinated, forward-looking tax planning. We’re seeking a business development-minded financial advisor professional who’s ready to identify new business opportunities and foster relationships with both institutional partners and prospective clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for institutional partners in our referral network and communicate our value proposition to those partners and prospective clients. In a client-focused, team-centered environment, you will work closely with all areas of the firm as a contributor to growing client relationships. The Financial Advisor will work directly with high-net-worth clients in a collaborative, team-based environment. This role is focused on building and maintaining trusted client relationships, delivering thoughtful investment guidance, and contributing to the firm’s long-term growth. Advisors partner closely with portfolio management, financial planning, and operations teams to provide an integrated wealth management experience. While the firm benefits from a strong referral network, this role also requires a proactive approach to relationship development and organic growth.

Financial Planner

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planner to lead client engagement throughout the financial planning process. In this role, you will guide new clients from onboarding through plan development and provide ongoing planning as their needs evolve over time. This is a client-facing position focused on building long-term relationships and delivering thoughtful, personalized advice. The ideal candidate brings a comprehensive understanding of financial planning, including tax considerations, investments, insurance such as life, disability, long-term care, and property and casualty, as well as cash flow and private investments or real estate. Experience working with clients approaching or in retirement is essential.

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Administrative Assistant to support a team of financial advisors and play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience. This position sits at the center of advisor support and client coordination, ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly and that client relationships are consistently maintained. This is a high-impact role with significant visibility across the team. You will partner closely with advisors to manage schedules, coordinate client interactions, and ensure follow-through on all client-related activities. Over time, this role has the opportunity to expand into deeper client service and operational responsibilities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and takes pride in ownership.
